What we keep, and why.
Short, because there is not much. We keep what the Studio needs to run and what the law needs us to keep. We do not sell data and we do not train models on your work.
What we collect
Account: your email, name, role and company (the last three optional), when you accepted the terms and whether you opted in to product news. Studio: your productions, scripts, sheets, boards, takes and masters, and the ledger of every take and price. Usage: events such as sign‑in, first production, first take and purchases, with time and IP address, kept to run the service, prevent abuse and understand what works. Payments: handled by Stripe; we keep the receipt, the pack and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
Why
To sign you in, run your productions, charge and refund credits correctly, show you your statement, answer your messages, keep the Studio safe, and — if you opted in — tell you about new rooms, models and prices. Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and improving the Studio, and your consent where we ask for it.
Where it goes
Model providers receive the prompt, references and frames needed to make your take, under their own terms; we list which provider made each take in your provenance record. Stripe processes payments. Our email provider sends sign‑in codes and receipts. Our servers are in the EU and the USA. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your work to train models.
How long
Account and ledger data for as long as your account exists, and then as long as tax and accounting law requires for the financial record (typically seven years). Usage events for 24 months. Your productions and files until you delete them or your account.
Your rights
You can export your productions and your statement from the Studio at any time. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, to give you a copy, or to stop marketing, by writing to contact@nthorigin.com. If you are in the EU/UK you may also complain to your data protection authority; if you are in California you have the rights the CCPA gives you, including to know, delete and opt out of sale (we do not sell).
Cookies
One cookie, nth_session, which keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies, no third‑party trackers.
