The rules we hold ourselves to.

1. Who we are

"Nth Origin", "the Studio", "we" means Nth Origin, operated by KWIK L INC, Denver, Colorado, USA ("Kwik L"). Kwik L is also our billing partner: card payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Kwik L and appear on your statement as SALSSKY* NTH ORIGIN.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email and a one‑time code. One account per person; keep your email secure. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live. Accounts used to abuse the free credits, the models or other people may be closed.

3. Credits

1 credit = USD 0.01. Credits are prepaid, are not money, cannot be transferred to another account, and are not refundable to cash except where the law requires it. Credits never expire while your account exists. Free starter credits are a gift with no cash value and may be limited per person.

4. Takes, prices and refunds

Every take, sheet, board, master and export shows its price in credits before you confirm it. When you confirm, that amount is held; when the take completes, it is charged. If the model fails to return a take, the hold is released and nothing is charged. A take you reject for creative reasons is still a completed take and is charged. After three attempts on the same shot with the same model, further attempts are priced at our provider cost. Prices can change; the price shown on the button at the moment you confirm is the price you pay.

5. Ownership

You own the takes you keep and the masters you export, and may use them commercially, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, which we list in the provenance record. You keep all rights to the scripts, sheets, references and brand material you upload. We do not use your material to train models. You grant us only the licence needed to run the Studio for you (store, process, display to you and your team).

6. Provenance

For every take we record the model, the inputs, the board, the Look, the price and the time, and make the record exportable with the master. The record is accurate to what the Studio did; it is not a legal opinion on how a given asset may be used in a given jurisdiction. You are responsible for disclosures required where you publish (for example AI‑labelling rules).

7. What you may not make

No sexual content involving minors, no non‑consensual intimate imagery, no impersonation of real people without their consent, no material designed to deceive (fake endorsements, fake news), no content that infringes someone else's rights, no content that breaks the law where you publish it. We may refuse or remove such takes without refund.

8. Availability and models

Models come from third‑party providers and change. We may add, remove or re‑route models and change their prices. We aim for the Studio to be available at all times but do not guarantee it; credits are not lost when it is not.

9. Billing

Purchases are one‑off credit packs or annual Workspace plans, paid by card through Stripe. Receipts and a full statement are in your wallet. Workspace Pro renews annually unless cancelled before renewal; unused credits remain. Studio Services are quoted and invoiced separately.

10. Liability

The Studio is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for how third parties treat content you publish.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version and date at the top change when we do, and material changes are announced in the Studio. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. Questions: contact@nthorigin.com.
